1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ct444" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at ct444.bio, including all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Platform" means the ct444 website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and any ct444-branded applications.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who registers an account on the ct444 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player upon completing the ct444 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's ct444 Account wallet, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by ct444 before processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted by applicable law or ct444 policy.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the primary transaction currency on ct444.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ct444 Platform in any way — including registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing a casino game — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the ct444 Platform and supersede any prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between you and ct444. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the ct444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ct444 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Players who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person with the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme maintained by ct444 or a recognised third-party responsible gaming organisation.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative of a ct444 employee or partner entity.

ct444 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension pending review.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on ct444 at any given time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your ct444 Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ct444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you.

ct444 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

ct444 is required to verify the identity of all Players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under applicable international gaming licence standards. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's Licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account, or bank statement).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the ct444 verification team.

ct444 aims to complete KYC reviews within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. ct444 shall not be liable for any delays arising from incomplete or illegible documentation submitted by the Player.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are processed in accordance with the ct444 Privacy Policy.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All ct444 Account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ct444 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• EasyPaisa (mobile wallet)
• HBL Bank Transfer
• UBL Bank Transfer
• Meezan Bank Transfer
• SadaPay
• Raast (inter-bank instant payment)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

Deposit Terms: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. ct444 does not charge any fees on deposits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, you should contact ct444 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Terms: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. ct444 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes; bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day; USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours subject to network conditions.

ct444 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for withdrawals exceeding certain threshold amounts. ct444 may also delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ct444 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and Golden Bank cashback. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Bonus funds not wagered within this period will expire automatically.
• Bonus funds may only be used to wager on games that contribute toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — the applicable contribution rates are set out in the promotion-specific terms.
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once, on their first deposit. Subsequent accounts created with the same personal details, device, IP address, or payment method will not be eligible for the welcome bonus.
• ct444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• ct444 reserves the right to withhold bonus-related winnings or void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to real funds with minimal risk.

The ct444 Golden Bank loyalty cashback programme operates on a weekly cycle. Cashback is calculated on net losses during the preceding calendar week and credited automatically to eligible Players' Accounts every Monday. Cashback amounts credited under the Golden Bank programme are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted on the ct444 Platform. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sportsbook sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. ct444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• Bets on cricket, kabaddi, football, UFC, tennis, and other markets are accepted subject to the applicable event rules. In the event of ambiguity, ct444's interpretation of applicable rules shall be final.
• ct444 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including imposing maximum bet limits on individual markets, events, or Player accounts.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules. Generally, bets on events abandoned before completion will be voided and stakes returned, unless a result has already been determined.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. ct444 accepts no responsibility for delays in bet acceptance caused by connectivity issues on the Player's side.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any algorithmic betting systems on the ct444 sportsbook is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on the ct444 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live-streaming technology from licensed game providers. Games are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories.

By playing casino games on ct444, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all RNG-based games is entirely random and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• ct444 is not responsible for any errors in game software caused by the game provider. In the event of a game malfunction, any bets affected will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum win limits may apply to certain games and promotional offers. Where a maximum win limit applies, any winnings exceeding that limit will be capped at the stated maximum.
• All game results are final once a game round is completed. ct444 cannot reverse completed game rounds under any circumstances.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ct444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ct444 Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of cheating in casino games or sports betting.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using ct444 to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ct444 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, geo-restriction, or responsible gaming measure implemented by ct444.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ct444 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of ct444 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct444 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of ct444.

12 Privacy & Data

ct444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ct444 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, game providers, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies only to the extent necessary to provide the Platform services or to comply with legal obligations.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ct444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ct444's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ct444 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption or error, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ct444 is not liable for any losses caused by Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.

14 Responsible Gaming

ct444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered Players to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the ct444 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) months.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing.

15 Termination

ct444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for breach, ct444 may withhold any balance in your Account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, ct444 may forfeit the balance in full.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting ct444 support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence standards under which ct444 operates.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through ct444's internal complaints procedure may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by the applicable licensing authority. ct444 will cooperate fully with any such process.

17 Amendments

ct444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, ct444 will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
